We’re not interested in giving you a 10 page Terms & Conditions policy. We are only interested in getting straight to the point by disclosing all you need to know before purchasing with us.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We do not refund for change of mind. We can offer you an exchange provided that:
1. You return the item within 7 days of purchase
2. You produce your original receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item
3. The item is in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories
4. The item is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Items need to be checked upon delivery or collection. If any item is damaged, do not accept the item as the breakage is the responsibility of our courier company. We ensure all items are quality checked prior to shipping. If you have accepted the item please advise us in writing via email within 2 days, including a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item. Any damaged or incorrect items are required to be returned back to us in the condition you received it so we can assess it and give a final outcome. We do not cover the costs of return shipping of damaged items.

Lost Items

We do not credit if the incorrect shipping address is given by the customer. If the item is automatically returned to us by the courier company, we will need to charge again for the shipping costs.

Refund if Using LatitudePay

LatitudePay charge a non-refundable service fee. If a LatitudePay order is cancelled by a customer via change of mind or any other reason the service fee will be deducted from the refund as a commission. This fee is non-refundable.

General Warranty

Knick Knacks Australia guarantees to repair or replace any part or the product with a manufacturing or structural defect for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. This is provided that the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear or misuse of the item
This warranty does not cover surface scratches, dents, chips, marks, accidental breakages, deliberate or negligent damage and normal wear and tear.

It is at our sole discretion to determine whether or not a particular defect will be covered under warranty. We reserve the right to request photographs, or inspect your product in person, before making a determination as to a claim under warranty.
Warranties will be voided if proper attention is not paid to the care instructions provided. We reserve the right to refuse to uphold your warranty if we deem the item as having not been properly cared for in accordance with any relevant care instructions. This is at our sole discretion.
Your warranty time will commence from the date that you receive your item.

Privacy Policy

We like to keep things private. That’s way we promise to strictly use your personal details for the sole purpose of completing your order. Your details will only be shared with our third party partners to process and deliver your order.

We will not disclose your personal information to any third party whatsoever apart from our logistics partners in order to process your orders and deliveries.
Legislation or legal proceedings may also force us to disclose your personal data. The same applies in the event these proceedings are imposed by the law or by judicial proceedings.
